Curious and excited about innovation, I have always aligned myself with product development and management – from simply thinking about ways to make products that I use everyday better to leading a new product beta testing group at Lenovo and, most recently, working alongside engineers and designers to improve the product experience of iPad at Apple as a PMM.

While most of my professional experience is within the consumer electronics space, I’ve worked with products and services from several industries, including CPG, hospitality, utility, and automotive.

  • I’ve designed new and improved customer, partner, and employee experiences by conducting qualitative and quantitative research.

    Currently supporting user experience studies as UX Research Assistant (Contractor), Loop UX, an international research firm.

  • In my nearly ten years of experience in the tech space, I’ve evaluated features and opportunities for prioritization and quality assurance (troubleshooting) alongside engineers and designers.

  • I have experience evaluating competitive landscapes, aligning stakeholders, and sizing opportunities.

    As a Venture Associate at North Coast Ventures, I reviewed business plans for startups in the B2B SaaS space.

Understanding the market, defining the product vision and strategy, managing the product backlog, and feature prioritization are just a few of the areas where I have experience. I’m eager to leverage my design thinking expertise to help increase value for both businesses and end users across different industries. Seeing the work of a cross-functional team materialized in impactful physical products and digital experiences is extremely rewarding.


Experience Across Every Step

prototyping & testing

Concepting new ideas and testing by leveraging the design thinking process and collaborative tools like Figma, Mural, or Muro. For physical products beta testing, I’ve led focus groups and organized platforms such as dscout to refine and improve product experiences.

positioning & Packaging

Studying competitive landscapes and incorporating brand values, I’ve developed product and service positioning, defined messaging, and led strategic packaging design to win in crowded markets.

Marketing is one of the final steps to ensure the success of a product. I’ve managed agency relationships to develop content across social, OOH, and global events like MWC or CES, and implemented go-to-market strategies. I also have sales experience in B2B and B2C sales, retail, and e-commerce.
