There are so many people in need and causes to support today. It can be a bit overwhelming when trying to decide how to do your part to make a difference. Leading volunteer efforts in school and now at work, I love connecting with people while doing something for others. From food banks to animal shelters, it doesn’t matter how you donate your resources - time or money - every effort matters.

Local support & Impact

Years ago, I participated in a poverty simulation where I learned about the direct impact that the United Way of the Triangle has on my community. They fund several non-profit organizations in my neighborhood to ensure that there is a holistic offering of support programs and services.

Kids are the future.

NAF Academy provides a STEM education framework while leveraging a network of educators and businesses to ignite students' passion for learning. Being a person of color, I particularly appreciate their focus on underserved communities across the United States.
